Deposit of $50,000 (non-refundable), per tract, due on day of auction when successful bidder will execute a standard real estate contract. Buyers shall provide bank letter of credit in the amount of deposits or through prior arrangements suitable to seller's and auctioneer. Remainder of purchase price due at closing on or about May 1st.
