Real Estate Terms & Conditions Fox Auction Company LLC & Benchmark Agribusiness, Inc. are agents for the Seller.Deposit of $75,000 per tract due on the day of auction when successful bidder will execute a standard real estate contract. Buyers shall provide a bank letter of credit in the amount of the deposit or through prior arrangements suitable to sellers and auctioneer.
