Directions: From I35 in Clear Lake – at exit 194 take US-18 west 8 miles to Yale, then go north 3 miles to 280^th street, then west ¾ mile to farm - Follow signs! From Garner – take US-18 east 4.5 miles to Yale, then go north 3 miles to 280^th street, then west ¾ mile to farm.

Tools & Machine Shop: Selling @ 10:00 am

• Bob had a complete metal fabrication shop including a Lincoln Idealarc SP-200 wire welder, large blacksmith anvil, Quincy 80 gallon upright two-stage air compressor, large hydraulic shop presses, metal welding tables, metal lathe, chop saws, torch sets, steel racking, cold cut saws and a large supply of sheet and steel stock!
