Deposit of $75,000 for Tract #1, $10,000 for Tract #2, $10,000 for Tract #3 and $95,000 for Tract #4 due on day of auction when successful bidder will execute a standard real estate contract. Buyers shall provide a bank letter of credit in the amount of the deposit or through prior arrangements suitable to sellers and auctioneer. The remainder of the purchase price due at closing about 45 days after the sale. Sellers will pay transfer tax and provide a clear marketable title at closing.
